SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that production on all products can take up to 4 weeks, unless stated otherwise. Production begins after the store closes, which typically happens within one week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details. After dispatch, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes, as these charges are beyond our control. Once your package is on its way, delivery usually takes between 10–15 business days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges for different sizes (after the preorder period has ended or after shipping), or issue refunds.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We cannot be held liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Buyers assume full responsibility once their order has been shipped. If your package goes missing, please reach out directly to USPS or your local postal service to file a claim or request assistance locating it.
ADDRESS ERRORS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your address upon request. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
